If other teams ask for help in your team channel, you need Wrangle.
β
Automatically assign approvals and tasks to your team to follow up and track their status all the way. No more dropped balls; no more firehose of messages.

Other teams don't know what you need when they post in your channel. You spend half the time asking for more info.
As requests stream in, you have to assign someone to route them for follow-up. It's a drag and it can be automated.
Is every request being worked on? Are any stalled?Β Did we miss one? You can't tell without clicking into every thread.
Here's how Wrangle manages a ticket, from request to completion, in Slack.
Other teams click the Shortcut menu (β‘οΈ icon at the bottom of your channel, or type "/") and pick which workflow they want to start.
Picking the type of request opens up a form to collect more information. You design the form, so you never again have to ping the person to ask for more context.
You design a workflow of tasks and approvals that get assigned to people in your Slack workspace.
For example, Wrangle can post an approval as a threaded message in the channel, with a notification in Slack to a set of reviewers. The reviewers can screen the request, clicking "Approve" if they want to move on to assigning follow-up tasks.
In your workflow, you can also build task checklists that are posted to the thread in response to the form submission.
Tasks are assigned to people in the channel to take action, which in turn can trigger more approvals or tasks. Wrangle makes sure everyone in the channel can follow along as the work gets done.
Since Wrangle posts approvals and tasks in your channel, anyone can follow along with progress.
And, since everything is already threaded, your team can chat with the requester as you iterate on the work.
It's so easy to forget to go back and notify people that their issue was resolved. Wrangle automatically notifies them at each stage, so they know that your team is being responsive.
When you've done your approvals and tasks, you may want to trigger an external system to update.
If you integrate Wrangle with Slack Workflow Builder, you can trigger other apps that are also in Workflow Builder, or a dozen popular apps via Zapier.
Wrangle's Workflow Designer lets you automate your team's processes.
Build a custom Intake Form to gather data. Then, kick off any number of approvals or task lists to manage the work.
Click on Wrangle in your list of Slack channels to see any task or approval you are part of, across any channel. Perfect for people assigned to work in your flow.
Click on any outstanding item to open the Thread on the side and take action.
See every work item generated by your Slack Workflow in a dashboard made for workflow admins. Filter for items still in progress to catch things falling through the cracks.
Then, export the history of work created in your flow to spot trends, look back to see who did what, and document everything for compliance.
Route approvals and tasks to people chosen in the initial form, or to people who completed previous steps.
Start a one-off approval or task list whenever you want, in any channel.
If someone's busy or on PTO, you can easily re-assign work to someone else.
Trigger your Slack ticketing flow when things happen in other apps.

A workflow assignee is anyone assigned to Approval or Task List steps in a recurring workflow. A person can be assigned to multiple steps in a workflow, or multiple workflows, and will only count as one person in our billing system.
Like Slack, we calculate how many you had in the previous billing period to create your bill. And, if your workflow isn't used, you don't get billed for it. So if your workflows only created Approvals and Task Lists with 10 different people assigned this month, you'll only be billed for 10 even though your workflows may have assigned 15 people last month.
You are not billed for one-off Approvals and Task Lists you create, only for ones created by a workflow.
Wrangle has a history view that shows you all tasks and approvals you participated in, across any channel. If you are on the free plan, the history view will only show items created in the last 30 days. On paid plans, you have unlimited history.
Yes, companies interested in paying upfront for an annual subscription will be eligible for a 20% discount.
Yes! Wrangle is a great addition to Slack Workflows, adding automated approvals and tasks steps to the built-in forms and messaging. We offer a free consulting session to help you set up Slack Workflows with Wrangle.
Wrangle only asks for permission to send messages to your workspace, and only after a user starts an approval or task list. We do not have access to, or store messages or attachments from, your Slack workspace. Wrangle also asks for basic profile information to get the names and profile photos of users, which we use to show who is assigned to a task or approval.
We accept major credit cards and charge in USD. Invoicing is available for Enterprise customers.
