↔️ Expanded the Ticket View 

Long ticket threads just got easier to navigate. You can now resize the ticket view on the web to give yourself more room when digging into conversations with lots of back-and-forth.

Whether you're reviewing a complex issue or catching up on a handoff, the full conversation can stay front and center.

📂 Keep attachments in Initial Ticket Message 

When a user sends a message with an attachment that creates a ticket, those files now travel with it. Screenshots, documents, and logs are available as soon as an agent opens the ticket, with no need to return to the original message or ask the requester to send them again.

❌ Delete Tickets in Bulk

Spring cleaning your ticket queue just got a lot faster. Instead of removing old tickets one by one, you can now select multiple tickets from the dashboard and delete them in a single bulk action.

🎉 Wrangle for Microsoft Teams is live in the Teams App Store

Installing Wrangle for Microsoft Teams just got dramatically easier. You can now add Wrangle directly from the Microsoft Teams App Marketplace. Just search, click, and you're up and running.
